Miller Diversified Promotes Two Key Team Members
Miller Diversified is pleased to announce the promotion to two of its management team members. Tanna Parsons has been promoted to Vice President of Administration and Human Resources, and Jesse Miller has been promoted to Vice President of Business Development.
“Tanna’s efforts and dedication to growing and improving the Miller Diversified Companies has been instrumental with her strategic thinking, assistance, time, and dedication,” said Kurt Miller, President & CEO of Miller Diversified. “This new role will increase her involvement in the growth of the company, while continuing to be the reliable and steady force we have all become accustomed to in her five years with us.”
Parsons joined Miller Diversified in 2016 as the Office Manager, and her dedication and hard work quickly resulted in promotions to several supervisory and management positions. Her new role as Vice President of Administration and Human Resources strategically positions the company to improve and expand company-wide staff training initiatives, which will in turn empower employees to be successful in their respective roles.
“I’m really excited to be in this new role so I can become even more involved in training and supporting our highly skilled team,” Parsons said. “This company means a lot to me, and I’m thrilled to play an even more active role in pushing our growth to the next level.”
Prior to joining the Miller Diversified team, Parsons worked as a paralegal. She is a native West Virginian where she was educated and moved to Ohio over twenty years ago to raise her family.
Jesse Miller joined Miller Diversified in 2017 as a Project Manager in the Construction division. Prior to assuming leadership of the Business Development division, he played a pivotal role in the construction division, running several of Miller Diversified’s largest commercial projects.
“I’m putting together a number of strategic initiatives to help expand our reach in our Ohio, Michigan, and Tennessee offices,” said Jesse Miller. “When I stepped into this role, I knew I could make a difference in our outcomes. It’s about growing our impact and sharing our brand with new markets… as a family-owned and operated company, we bring a lot to the table, and I’m excited to be representing our brand in these markets.”
Jesse Miller was born and raised in Pandora, Ohio and after moving to Florida for several years, he returned to Northwest Ohio with his wife and children to be close to his family.
