Miller Diversified Construction Starts Final Plat in Blystone Valley
Miller Diversified Construction recently started work on a land development project that consists of adding 24 residential lots to Blystone Valley. The development will include public water, sanitary, storm, and other utility extensions to serve the addition. The project started in May 2021 and is set to be completed by summer of this year.
Blystone Valley is a subdivision in Monclova Township in Anthony Wayne School District that is located off Black Road between Stitt Road and Waterville Monclova Road. Buckeye Real Estate Group currently has several lots for sale with residential home floor plans ranging from 2,000-2,800 square feet. There are also several move-in ready and buyer-ready homes for sale in the subdivision.
The Miller Difference: Meeting Deadlines
Michael White, owner of Buckeye Real Estate, has been impressed with Miller Diversified’s ability to work diligently to keep the project moving forward. Our team was able to meet the deadline for 2021 in Lucas County to have asphalt poured. "It allowed us to build homes early in the year.” said White. “It probably saved us about six months.”
In the construction industry, deadlines are crucial. Delaying a project even one day can push a project completion date by months. Read one of our construction success stories about meeting deadlines here.
A Long-Term Partnership
With the completion of Plat 11, the project in Blystone Valley subdivision will come to a close after twenty-four years since its kickoff in 1998. The subdivision will consist of 212 homes in total. Miller Diversified and White are proud to be a part of the completion of such an outstanding neighborhood and have enjoyed not only watching but being a part of the development over the years.
During his time working with Miller Diversified on a few plats, White has appreciated the long-term partnership. “It’s been a good experience.” said White. “Things have always gone well. They are upfront, honest, and have always kept me well-informed.”
