In June, General Contractors (GC) Magazine named Miller Diversified one of the Best Storage Facility Builders in Ohio. The builders on this list were selected and ranked based on their portfolio quality, company history, awards, accreditations, the background of their principals, and client reviews. The designation is a tremendous recognition of the work we have completed in the storage unit facility sector. The magazine itself positions itself as an industry thought leader and helps to connect people searching for construction projects with industry professionals who have expertise in their project type.
According to GC, “self-storage is a billion-dollar industry in the American commercial market… It is the sixth largest publicly traded sector in the country”. There are now more than 50,000 storage facilities across the nation.
Miller Diversified Construction has completed (or is currently working on) the construction of 260,000 SF of storage facilities for a total project value of $7 million.
