ABOUT THIS COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION PROJECT:
These senior housing villas leverage the same design in three different Ohio locations. Each property has 26-34 units, and a large clubhouse to serve as a community gathering space.
THE MILLER DIVERSIFIED DIFFERENCE:
For the Willard and Cypress Point locations, our team won the project bid. Because the client was pleased with our work on the initial projects, we were awarded the Monclova project without having to go through a competitive bid process. These three projects were completed ahead of schedule despite the challenges and constraints of COVID-19. The trust the client has in MDC has led to a long-term relationship which continues to grow, with more negotiated contracts on the horizon.
