Sunshine Communities

Construction of three group homes for residents with developmental disabilities.  Each building includes eight bedrooms, living room, den, full kitchen with working island, dining room, two small gathering rooms, two fully accessible bathrooms with showers, foyer, reception area, medical staff room, laundry room, and large garage capable of accommodating accessible vehicle so residents can load inside.  Each home features outdoor living space as well.
