New city park constructed along the river’s edge utilizing a 22’ high Ready Rock retaining wall. The park has a concrete upper plaza which is a scenic overview area and features a lighted stainless-steel cable guardrail. The lower plaza is constructed with brick pavers and is large enough to accommodate events. A stairway and an ADA compliant ramp connect the two plazas.
