  • American Red Cross Blood Services Center – Toledo, OH – 32,000 sq. ft.
    Renovation of wood frame office building into new blood services centerfor American Red Cross
  • Shields Imaging Center – Toledo, OH – 7,500 sq. ft.
    MRI facility, wood frame, brick veneer. Project encompassed waiting room, examination rooms, and specialty copper shielding within the structure to accommodate the MRI equipment.

  • Faster USA – Monclova, OH – 50,000 sq. ft.
    Faster USA is an international company specializing in hydraulic couplings. Faster had grown its USA operations from a start- up location of 1,500 SF of space to 50,000 SF in 5 separate moves, each with Miller Diversified Construction as it’s CM. This project houses Faster’s US office headquarters, distribution and warehouse operations. The project included site location services, design and build.
  • Hawthorne Building – Maumee, OH – 16,400 sq. ft.
    The Hawthorne building is a 16,400 sq. ft. flex building; block and bar joist construction, with 4,500 sq. ft. utilized for office space and the remainder warehouse.
  • Michigan Inst. of Aviation & Technology – Canton, MI – 120,000 sq. ft.
    This project was a fast track project for a technical training school for aviation, power and logistics.  The project included classrooms, offices, lab space, and sound proof engine test cells.

  • Biggby Coffee – Sylvania, OH – 1,750 sq. ft.
    Retail store. Complete renovation of end cap unit, including installation of fireplace and custom cabinetry.
  • Meridian Center – Rossford, OH – 15,000 sq. ft.
    Retail strip center. Block and bar joist construction. Brick and DryVit face.
  • Premier Catering – Toledo, OH – 20,000 sq. ft.
    Exterior and interior renovation of banquet facility, which included wood paneled ceilings, a beautiful stone fireplace, custom lighting, EIFS and decorative stonework to the exterior.
  • Promenade Shops – Sylvania, OH – 34,399 sq. ft.
    Retail strip center comprising of block and bar joist construction, DryVit facing.
  • Promenade West Retail Center – Maumee, OH – 14,000 sq. ft.
    Retail strip center constructed of architectural founders block with steel bar joists and PVC roofing. Project included site work, building shell and tenant build out. The rear of the building faces the street when heading North so the owner opted to add a mural to the back of the building.

  • R/P Marketing Public Relations Office Building – Holland, OH – 10,000 sq. ft.
    New office building, wood framed structure with wood cedar siding, large skylights and a shingle roof in wooded executive park. Interior finishes included angled and curved walls, offices with unique sliding wood doors on heavy duty casters, accent colored walls throughout, and beautiful bamboo flooring.
  • Waterford Bank – Perrysburg, OH – 6,159 sq. ft.
    New bank branch constructed of metal frame and brick veneer.
  • Waterford Bank – Sylvania, OH – 38,972 sq. ft.
    Addition and expansion of existing bank headquarters. Project completed as Owners Representative.

  • Childrens Discovery Center – Waterville, OH – 12,000 sq. ft.
    New day care facility with outdoor equipment/play area
  • Clyde-Green Springs EVSD New Green Springs Elementary – Clyde, OH – 65,920 sq. ft.
    Green Springs Elementary New K – 5 School

  • St. John’s Jesuit High School Athletic Complex – Toledo, Ohio 150,000 sq. ft.
    Miller Diversified took this project from conceptual planning, through master planning, design and construction. The initial construction began as new artificial turf multi-purpose field and a new all season track. With in-kind contributions and other cost savings measures, we were able to move the project to a complete football/multipurpose facility with home stands, visitor stands, scoreboard and lighting.
  • Northview High School Field– Sylvania, OH
    This project involved replacing the existing athletic field with a synthetic turf field.  This field will be used by teams from Sylvania Northview High School and neighboring Lourdes University. A brand new scoreboard was also part of the project. Sports teams including football, soccer and lacrosse will share the new artificial turf field.

Places of Worship
  • Congregational B’Nai Israel New Synagogue – Sylvania, OH 19,700 sq. ft.
    This new state-of-the art synagogue holds many beautiful features. The uniquely rounded sanctuary includes an octagonal skylight and awe-inspiring stained glass. Hallways are adorned with amazing artwork and display cases inviting you to view menorahs and other historic Judaica. Some of the building’s amenities include a commercial serving kitchen, community room, library, and gift shop.
  • St. Aloysius Catholic Church – Bowling Green, OH 9,112 sq. ft.
    This project consisted of adding forced air heating and cooling systems to the main church, upgrading the existing boiler system, building a new narthex and connecting building, restoring the ceramic floors to their original condition, and miscellaneous other interior and exterior repairs.  However, the most challenging and rewarding part of this project was the restoration of the 2-story, 90 year-old mural to its original grandeur.
