New Artificial Turf at Sylvania Northview High School

Just in time for the first kick-off!  A ribbon-cutting ceremony took place on August 26th to mark the newly renovated Northview athletic field.  This field will be used by athletic teams from both Sylvania Northview High School and neighboring Lourdes University.  This is a new collaboration between the two schools and one that Miller Diversified Construction was proud to be a part of.

The project consisted of replacing the existing field with a synthetic turf field.  A brand new scoreboard, featuring both the Northview Wildcats and the Lourdes University Gray Wolves, was also a part of the project.  Sports teams including football, soccer and lacrosse will share the new artificial turf field.

New Recreation Center Designed for Lourdes University

Miller Diversified Construction along with Stough & Stough Architects from Sylvania, Ohio, were selected as the Design/Build team for the new recreation center at Lourdes University.  Construction of the new center has begun and is set to be complete by August 1, 2016. This is an exciting project to be a part of because it allowed Miller Diversified Construction to play an integral role in the design of the new center.  The new center will feature an NCAA regulation size basketball court, volleyball courts, offices, classrooms, locker rooms, a suite overlooking the main basketball court, and an open-air 2-story lobby.
